Over 30 years as a pastor in the local church, I have learned what it takes for individuals to transform their lives. I have counseled, guided, encouraged, and mentored hundreds of people in my role as a pastor. I got certified as a coach because I have seen how people can get stuck, frustrated, challenged, and restless. I have also seen how those very same people can discover the path forward. Coaching is the ideal way to navigate the challenging seasons of life and plan for future stages with intention and action. |
